This is our Gammon & Leek Pease Pudding. 

Boiling the peas with a ham joint in the pot is a very traditional, delicious and nutritious way of cooking the Pease Pudding. 

This is how most Northerners remember their Nana's cooking their Pease Pud.


Water, Yellow Split Peas (22%), Gammon Joint (6%), Leek (3%), White Onion, Ham Stock (Salt, potato starch, vegetable fats (palm, shea butter, salt butter), yeast extract, sugar, smoked bacon (lard, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary), smoke] (5.5%), ham powder (pork, salt, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary)] (1.1%), caramel syrup, maltodextrin, herbs (parsley, tarragon), spices (pepper, parsley roots, CELERY seeds), flavourings, dextrose, smoke flavouring, Ground Black Pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt.
