This is our original recipe pud. Closest of the range to the traditional recipe of pease pudding, this is a combination of my Mam’s recipe but with a few additions that we feel give our pud a unique and delicious taste.
Water, Yellow Split Peas (24%), White Onion vegetable stock (Potato Starch, Hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya, maize), Sea salt, Palm Oil (sustainable), vegetables 10% (onion, parsnip, leek, carrot), Maize starch, Parsley, Celery seed, Turmeric, White pepper, Garlic, Mace, Lovage, Nutmeg), Celery Salt, Ground black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.
